Payment:

For orders from our shop, the following payment methods are possible.

Transfer:

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
Please transfer the full invoice amount including VAT (unless otherwise agreed) to our business account. As soon as we have received the payment, your order will be processed as soon as possible and shipped to you.

Credit card:

Pay easily by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Your credit card details will of course be treated confidentially and will not be stored in compliance with all data protection guidelines.
The processing as well as the dispatch takes place within a few working days after positive feedback from the bank or the PayPal provider.

PayPal:

After you have received an order confirmation from our shop, please pay the full invoice amount to our PayPal account.
As soon as the receipt of payment has been reported to us as completed by the PayPal provider, your order will be processed immediately (if it is a special or custom-made product) or shipped as soon as possible.
This payment method may incur additional fees (depending on the country and provider or credit card).

Dispatch:

The dispatch of articles from our online shop takes place as quickly as possible (usually within a few working days) after receipt of payment.
If several items have been ordered, shipping begins when all items are available and ready for shipment.

Please understand that LM-Custom Outdoor Knives and More is not responsible for delays in delivery on the part of the courier.
At the time of delivery, the customer is obliged to check the packages immediately for completeness and integrity.
The return shipment must be made immediately (within 5 days after receipt of the goods). These provisions also apply if the packaging is intact but the goods are defective.
Beyond the above conditions, returns cannot be considered.
In the event of a return, the seller LM- Custom Outdoor Knives and More must be informed within 5 days by e-mail or telephone.

Availability:

Items from our online shop are usually unique and therefore only available once or in small quantities. When ordering in our online shop, it may happen that the availability is not updated in real time.
Given the possibility of multiple customers accessing our website at the same time, the actual availability of individual products may vary significantly.For these reasons, LM- Custom Outdoor Knives and More cannot guarantee the security of delivery times or the assignment of the ordered goods and is therefore in no way responsible for delays in delivery.

If you wish to withdraw from the order, the amount paid will be refunded to you in the same payment method as the amount paid by you.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices may be adjusted and changed at any time and without prior notice in line with market developments.
Our prices are only and exclusively for online purchases.

Ownership:

The goods remain the property of the seller LM-Custom Outdoor Knives and More until full payment has been made.

Warranty

All items sold comply with warranty requirements. As a guarantee, this is always valid, which is specified by the dealers and importers.
In the event of a malfunction or defect (which is not due to improper use and use of the object), the item can be returned to LM-Custom Outdoor Knives and More. The freight costs has to be payed by the buyer. Only the original packaging may be used for the return of the goods.

Order

If tracking is possible on the part of the courier via a tracking code, this will be forwarded to the customer.

Withdrawal:

The sale of products via the Internet is regulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005, which regulates the matters of distance contracts, i.e. those carried out off-premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and receive reimbursement of the costs incurred (with the exception of freight costs and any additional costs for example customs or country-specific charges).
This right is reserved only for natural persons and not legal persons.
Goods that have been used improperly, i.e. not in accordance with the intended use, are excluded from the refund.
The right to withdraw does not apply to the delivery of goods that have been manufactured or personalized at the request of the customer or orderer (e.B engravings, custom-made products, custom-made knives at the customer’s request, etc.).
The consumer is obliged to return the goods to LM-Custom Outdoor Knives and More at his own expense within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be complete, unused, without any manipulations, and in its original packaging.
The returned goods travel under the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure that the goods arrive in perfect condition.
